The petition was dismissed for want of prosecution on 30.5.2018. The application to recall the above order has been moved but there is a slight delay.

We are satisfied that the petitioner was prevented by the sufficient cause for filing the restoration application within time.

Accordingly, the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned.

The Delay Condonation Application No.11 of 2018 is allowed.

The cause shown for the absence is sufficient. Accordingly, order dated 30.5.2018 is recalled and the writ petition is directed to be restored to its original number.

The Restoration Application No.12 of 2018 is also allowed.
