Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 27.03.2019, passed by the opposite party No.2, by which the services of the petitioner have come to an end for the reason that the interim order, which has been granted in favour of the petitioner dated 12.05.2000 in Writ Petition No.1016 (S/S) of 2000, has been vacated on 27.02.2014 for the reason that after the revision of the cause list none appeared for the petitioner, therefore, the said writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution and interim order was vacated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has already filed recall/ restoration application in the said writ petition as soon as he came to know about the dismissal of the writ petition and the application for recall of order dated 27.02.2014 is still pending. As per learned counsel for the petitioner, the said writ petition is listed in the next week.

The prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till disposal of the recall/ restoration application, the order dated 27.03.2019, which is impugned in the instant writ petition, may be kept in abeyance.

Since the restoration/ recall application is pending before the competent Court and the Court concerned may pass appropriate order, which would affect the impugned order also, therefore, list this petition along with Writ Petition No.1016 (S/S) of 2000.
