Heard Sri Avnish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner while assailing the order dated 29.12.2017, passed by the opposite party No.2, whereby the petitioner has not been paid his appropriate post retiral dues, prayed that the opposite party No.2 be directed to fix the pension of the petitioner in the pay-scale of Rs.5000-8000 and also pay the arrears of post retiral dues like gratuity, leave encashment, computation of pension and other benefits with compound interest.
Let the counter affidavit be filed, more particularly the counter affidavit on behalf of opposite party No.2, within a period of three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
