2. Issue notice to the respondent by speed / registered post returnable on 8.7.2019.

5. Steps be taken immediately.

Stay on deposit of the entire decretal amount awarded by Court below in Case No. OA/II/U/104/2011/GKP, if not already deposited within two months from today, out of which, 25% shall be invested in an interest fetching account / FDR in a nationalised Bank and the balance 75% shall be released to the claimant - respondents without furnishing security within one month thereafter.
