Heard Shri Sarvajeet Kumar holding brief of Shri Ram Mani Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel appears for the respondent nos.1 and 2.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent no.1-Commissioner, Basti Division, Basti to decide the Appeal No.C201917000000116 (Mohd. Umar & Anr. v. Ataullah & Ors.) pending before him expeditiously.

The appeal has purportedly been filed under the provisions of Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on 1 February 2019 against an order dated 28 March 2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Office, Dhumariyaganj, Siddharth Nagar in Case No.78 of 2012 (Samiullah & Ors. v. Wasiullah & Ors.) under Section 176 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950.

It is clear that the petitioner has rushed to this Court soon after the filing of the appeal without waiting for any developments to take place.

This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
