It is contented by learned counsel for the petitioner that the salary of the petitioner has been stopped vide order dated 30.12.2017, passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Ghaziabad- respondent no.4. It is contented that after making necessary enquiry a letter dated 25.1.2019 was written by the Director of Education (Basic) U.P. Prayagraj to the District Basic Education Officer, Ghaziabad directing him to make payment of salary to the petitioner. It is contented by inspite of the aforesaid letter dated 25.1.2019 which is appended as Annexure-13 to the writ petition, salary of the petitioner has not been released.

Matter needs considration.

Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos.1, 2 and 3. Sri Jai Krishna Tiwari, learned counsel appeared on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5.

Put up this matter on 23rd April.,2019 in the additional cause list.

In the meantime Sri Tiwari, learned counsel will instructions in the matter.
