On 26.2.2019 this Court passed the following order :-

"Learned Standing Counsel accepts notices on behalf of respondent no.1, whereas Sri P.P. Yadav for the respondent nos.2 and 3.

All the respondents may file counter affidavit within six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks, thereafter.

List thereafer.

Learned counsel for the petitioners shall inform in writing about the order passed today to Sri P.P. Yadav."

Mr. Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that inspite of the order till date no counter affidavit has been filed.

In the circumstances, four weeks and no more time is granted to learned counsel for the respondents to file counter affidavit.

List on 8.5.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to inform learned counsel for the respondents regarding this order in writing by Monday.
