Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Sri B.K. Singh, learned counsel has filed application for impleadment seeking impleadment of the Committee of Management, Sri Yogeshwar Rishikul Inter College, Mehdiganj, Lucknow through its Manager Rajiv Bisariya, the same is taken on record.

Sri O.P.M. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the application for impleadment is not maintainable for the reason that the Institution in question has already come under the control of Authorized Controller, who is opposite party No.3 in this writ petition.

Therefore, Sri O.P.M. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner may file objection against the impleadment application within a period of two weeks.

Let the counter affidavit be filed within the aforesaid period of two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.

List this petition in the week commencing 29.04.2019 as fresh.

The impleadment application shall be disposed of on the next date.

Till the next date of listing, no recovery from the petitioner shall be made pursuant to the order dated 19.03.2019, passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Lucknow, which is contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.
