1. In the first and second round, learned counsel for the petitioner was present but in the third round it appears that he has absented himself. Petitioner's Advocate for a period of two weeks has not taken any steps.

2. It is stated that even after sending letter, none has appeared today, therefore, instead of Dasti order the SDM Kulpahar, District Mahoba shall remain present before this Court on 5th October, 2018.

3. It was conveyed to the counsel the matter would be listed 24th October, 2018 but it has been adjourned for today only.
