Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that during his dismissal period the petitioner retired from service on 01.11.2016, however, the dismissal order was set aside by this Court vide order dated 02.11.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.6247 (S/S) of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not aware about any action so taken after the aforesaid order dated 02.11.2017 nor the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel is aware about any development right now.

List this petition in the week commencing 29.10.2018 as fresh to enable the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel to seek complete instructions in the matter.
