Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that the opposite parties be directed to make payment of arrears of salary of the petitioner for the period of 16.08.2017 to 30.09.2017 as the petitioner was on medical leave during the aforesaid period and he has already submitted the necessary papers before the competent authority after getting the same verified by the Chief Medical Officer, District-Unnao.

The learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted a week's time to seek complete instructions in the matter.

List this petition in the week commencing 29.10.2018 as fresh.
