Heard Sri Maheep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a candidate of O.B.C. category and while filling up on-line application for the post of Constable, Civil Police/ P.A.C. in the year 2015, she enclosed her Caste Certificate to that effect issued on 28.09.2014 but as per the instructions of the advertisement the certificate should have been filed on the new formate circulated pursuant to the Government Order dated 21.04.2015. The petitioner thereafter submitted new Caste Certificate dated 29.01.2018 along with affidavit apprising the authority concerned that due to inadvertence she could not filed this certificate earlier.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court towards Annexure No.10 to the writ petition, which are the orders of this Court dated 24.07.2018 passed in Writ-A No.15368 of 2018 and Writ-A No.15372 of 2018, whereby this Court has granted some protection to the identically placed persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is also entitled for the same benefit.

Sri Rajeev Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel prays for and is granted one week's time to seek complete instructions in the matter.

List this petition in the week commencing 29.10.2018 as fresh.
