Heard Sri S.S. Chaubey, learned counsel for the opposite party No.1 and the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

In compliance of interim order dated 06.09.1993 passed by this Court, the amount was deposited by the petitioners.  After depositing the said amount the implementation of award was stayed.

This Court vide order dated 07.10.2013 dismissed the writ petition on merits.

It has been informed at the Bar that the aforesaid order dated 07.10.2013 has not been assailed before the superior court, therefore, this order has attained its finality.

Since in compliance of interim order dated 06.09.1993 the amount has been deposited by the petitioner i.e. the Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department of U.P. and the writ petition has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 07.10.2013 and the said order has not been assailed before the superior court, therefore, it is hereby directed that the amount, so deposited by the petitioners before this Court in the Registry, shall be released within a week from today after making necessary formalities to that effect.

Accordingly, the aforesaid application is allowed.
