Heard Sri Mukul Rakesh, learned counsel for the revisionist on the application for extension of interim order.
The revisionist has filed an application for extension of interim order dated 03.07.2003.
As per learned counsel for the revisionist, the interim order was granted by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2003, which was being extended from time to time till 23.03.2015.
Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that the revisionist was under bonafide impression that the interim order is being extended continuously inasmuch as the interim order was granted by this Court after hearing learned counsel for the parties concerned.
Learned counsel for the revisionist has also submitted that no prejudice has been caused to the revisionist for the reason that the interim order has not been extended but the fact remains that since interim order was granted by this Court till the next date of listing, it should have been extended.
On due consideration, the application is allowed.
This criminal revision is of the year 2002, therefore, it should be finally decided.
List this revision on 16.11.2018 as prayed by the learned counsel for the parties.
Interim order dated 03.07.2003 is hereby extended till the next date of listing.
