In compliance of previous order, the answer script of petitioner relating to Mathematics Ist and IInd paper has been placed before this Court and a perusal whereof supports the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the evaluation has not been done properly.

Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record, instructions received from the Regional Secretary of the Board, according to which, upon scrutiny by subject expert, the marks of Mathematics Ist paper has been enhanced to 48 as question No. 4(A) was not evaluated and upon evaluation whereof the petitioner received 3 marks in the said question. In respect of Mathematics IInd paper, no change has been reported.

The petitioner is permitted to deposit demand draft of Rs. 2000/- drawn in favour of Secretary, Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Allahabad within a week.

The draft alongwith a certified copy of this order shall be submitted before the Regional Secretary and whereafter the copies shall be sent for revaluation after hiding the marks awarded by the previous examiner. The outcome of revaluation shall be brought on record by the next date.

List on 19.11.2018.

The original answer scripts have been returned to learned Standing Counsel for being transmitted to the Board for ensuring compliance of the order.
