Heard Sri V.M.Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P.Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.

This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the S.S.P., Allahabad and Agra to ensure fair investigation and also to direct the respondents concern to conclude fair investigation in case crime No.192 of 2017, under Sections 419, 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Koraon, District Allahabad and also to arrest the persons involved in the aforesaid crime.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the informant of the present case and he has come up before this Court with a prayer that direction be given to S.S.P., Allahabad and Agra to ensure fair investigation in the matter, as he apprehends that investigation is not being carried out in a fair and proper manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation of the present case and submit a police report before the Magistrate concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

It is further directed that the S.S.P. Allahabad & S.S.P. Agra shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay.

With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
