In view of the consent given by Shri Nagendra Mohan and Shri R.P. Mishra, learned counsels for the appellants that appeal itself be heard in the 2nd week of July, 2018, learned counsel for the complainant is not pressing the application for cancellation of bail filed in the year 2009.

Accordingly, the said application is dismissed as not pressed.

As prayed by the learned counsels for the parties, let this matter be listed on 9th July, 2018.

It is made clear that on the next date no adjournment on any ground shall be granted and if learned counsels for the appellants do not appear, the Court will proceed to cancel the bail granted to the appellants.
