Arif Khan, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the appellant, states that daughter of Mr. Mohd Arif Khan, Senior Counsel is seriously ill and, therefore, due to medical emergency he has not been able to come to the Court and has obtained leave from the Court till 25th May, 2018.
