Heard Sri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notices for opposite party Nos.1 to 5 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

Issue notice to the opposite party Nos.6 & 7 returnable at an early date, for which, necessary steps be taken within a week.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that feeling aggrieved from order dated 10.01.2013, which is contained as Annexure No.3 to the writ petition, the petitioner has filed writ petition bearing Writ Petition No.4189 (S/S) of 2013, wherein this Court vide order dated 29.04.2014 was pleased to direct to seek instructions and to produce the record in the Court on 12.05.2014. Pursuant to the aforesaid order dated 29.04.2014, the District Inspector of Schools concerned passed the order dated 03.06.2016, which is contained as Annexure No.5 to the writ petition, wherein the initial appointment of the petitioner has been treated legal and direction has been given for making payment to the petitioner with effect from the date of his initial appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that despite the aforesaid order being passed by the District Inspector of Schools concerned dated 03.06.2016, the petitioner has yet not been paid salary for the period from 25.08.2010 to 02.06.2016, however, he has been getting full salary in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 03.06.2016.

The matter requires consideration.

List this case in the second week of July, 2018 as fresh along with Writ Petition No.4189 (S/S) of 2013.

In the meantime, learned counsel for the parties may file their respective counter affidavits.
