Judgement Date : 30 May, 2018
HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD ?Court No. - 1 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 20512 of 2018 Applicant :- Shivkant Singh Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Counsel for Applicant :- Dileep Kumar,Raj Kumar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J.
Hon'ble Dinesh Kumar Singh-I,J.
Heard Sri Dileep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri N.K.Verma, learned AGA for the State.
On a query being made by this Court from Sri Dileep Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant whether he has signed the present bail application along with the memo of appearance which was also shown to him in the Court from the bail application and memo of appearance, then it has been stated by him at Bar that he has not signed either the bail application or the memo of appearance, but he has instructions to appear in the matter.
As it is apparent from the statement of Sri Dileep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant that he has neither signed the present bail application nor the memo of appearance, hence his signature appears to be forged one, which is a serious matter and the casual approach which has been shown in filing of the present bail application is not at all appreciated by this Court.
Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed on this ground alone with a liberty to file fresh after six months from today.
