On repeated asking of the same by the Bench Secretary of this Court as well as Sri Vinod Tripathi, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Sudhir Kumar Agarwal, the learned counsel for the applicant, the file has been sent at 3:40 p.m.

Office is directed to submit a report on the next date explaining the reasons as to why the file has not been sent to the Court in the morning.

Sri Mohd. Akbar Shah Alam Khan and Sri Dharmendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the complainant/first informant are not present in the Court due to which the case could not be taken up.
