Despite repeated opportunity been granted to the learned Standing Counsel to produce the record, on the basis of which the Income Certificate dated 07.06.2011 was issued, the learned Standing Counsel has not provided the record.
It has been informed that lastly the information was sent to the opposite parties vide letter dated 18.05.2018 regarding the production of the record today in the Court, but no one has responded from the side of the opposite parties.
Taking into consideration serious view in the matter, the District Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar and the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Tanda, District-Ambedkar Nagar are directed to appear before this Court on the next date fixed along with the record and to show cause as to why despite the information given by the learned Standing Counsel, no one is present along with record to assist the Court.
List this case on 03.07.2018.
Learned Standing Counsel will communicate this order to the concerned authorities.
