This Court has passed the order dated 18.05.2018 as under:-
"It is requested on behalf of the appellant that learned counsel is unable to attend the Court today on account of personal engagement. Accordingly, a request for adjournment has been made.
The request has been opposed by learned counsel for the other side on the ground that repeated adjournments are being taken inspite of the matter having been expedited by order of this Court.
List again in the first week of June, 2018 with clear directions that no further prayer for adjournment shall be allowed."
Sri Anubhav Awasthi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that his senior Sri Manoj Kumar Mishra is out of station as per his pre-fixed programme in first two weeks of June, 2018, therefore, the matter may be adjourned for today and it may be listed on any date after 16.06.2018.
Since this Court was pleased to observe that no further prayer for adjournment shall be allowed, therefore, considering the aforesaid request of holding brief of learned counsel for the appellant, list this case on 18.06.2018.
It is made clear that if any further adjournment is sought on the next date, the bailable warrant shall be issued against the appellant.
