Hon'ble Bachchoo Lal,J.

Heard Sri Shesh Narain Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant.

He submits that the second bail application is not being pursued by the appellant as this Court has already proceeded to observe that the matter will be heard finally.  We find from the order-sheet dated 29th March, 2018 that notices had to be issued to the appellant for instruction or appointment of amicus curiae in the absence of learned counsel.  Today Sri Mishra has appeared and he submits that the case will be argued on behalf of the appellant through his previous counsel.

The second bail application is accordingly consigned to records.

Let the appeal be listed in the next cause list.
