Learned counsel for the appellants is present along with learned A.G.A. for the State.
Vide order dated 28.11.2018, an order was passed by this Court directing learned counsel for the complainant that he may file no objection of Smt. Kailashpati Devi and Smt. Kiran Devi and also that since Sri Dharampal and Satyapal are the sons of injured (late Sri Ram Tahal), therefore, they are entitled to proceed with this appeal as heirs of injured and they are permitted to verify the compromise application.
It was further provided that no objection may filed within a week. Learned counsel for Smt. Kailasha Devi and Smt. Kiran Devi submitted that in compliance of the order of Hon'ble Court, they have filed no objection.
In this view of the matter, let the compromise be placed again before the Senior Registrar, Lucknow Bench for verification and parties shall appear before him on 07.01.2019.
The matter be listed before this Court on 11.01.2019 along with the report of the Senior Registrar, Lucknow Bench.
