Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. From the affidavit it is evident that the caste certificate which was submitted by the petitioner bears the date 13 February 2014.
Learned Standing Counsel points out that the caste certificates which were to be filed alongwith the application should have been issued between the dates 01 April 2015 to 17 February 2016. This stipulation which was duly carried in the advertisement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Consequently bearing in mind the above as well as the decision of the Full Bench in Gaurav Sharma Vs. State of U.P. and Others 2017(5) ADJ 494, this Court finds itself unable to grant the relief as prayed for.
Writ petition is dismissed.
