Pursuant to the order dated 18.04.2018, the petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 4 are present before the Court.

Sri Pankaj Kumar has put in appearance on behalf of Respondent no. 4 by fling his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

The petitioner no.1 and respondent no. 4 have agreed that the matter may be referred to Mediation and Concliation Centre of this Court for making an attempt to get the issues between the parties resolved through the process of mediation.

Accordingly, for the said purpose, the petitioner no.1 deposit a sum of Rs. 30,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on or before 15.05.2018.

On 15.05.2018 the petitioner no.1 as also the respondent no. 4 shall be present before the Mediation and Concliation Centre.

The learned Mediator is requested to make his/her all efforts to get the matter settled between the parties and submit the report.

Out of Rs. 30,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner, a sum of Rs. 25,000/- shall be given to the respondent no. 4 forthwith.

List this case on 30.07.2018, by which date we expect that the learned Mediator shall submit his/her report.

Since the parties are taking a chance to get the matter/issues settled between themselves through the process of mediation, we hereby provide that till the next date of listing, the petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with First Information Report dated 28.02.2018, lodged at Case Crime No. 0038/2018 under Sections 498-A, 313, 354, 323, 504, 506, 406 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Lucknow.
