Notices for opposite party Nos.1 & 4 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel and notice for opposite party No.3 has been accepted by Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel, whereas notices for opposite party Nos.2 & 5 have been accepted by Sri Gaus Beg, learned counsel.
List/ put up on 02.05.2018 as fresh to enable the learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.2 & 5 to file the short counter affidavit specifically on the point as to how the impugned order shows that the persons above the merits of the petitioners have been given appointment, whereas as per the notification dated 26.06.2016, the last cut off of O.B.C. is 52.35 and the Handicapped (Locomotive) is 55.28 and the petitioner No.1, who is handicapped candidate, is admittedly having 61.19 points and Sri Zabir Husain and Sri Jagdamba Prasad, petitioner Nos.2 and 3, who are O.B.C. candidates, are having 58.27 and 62.79 points respectively.
