In response to the order dated 24.10.2017 passed by this Court, a report dated 15.01.2018 has been received from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bahraich that the sole appellant Jiv Rakhan has died on 10.11.2009. Photo copy of the death certificate issued by the Pradhan has been annexed, but the report of the concerned police station and the statements recorded, as mentioned in the report dated 15.01.2018, have not been annexed.

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bahraich is directed to send the complete report along with documents.
