2. C.M.Application No. 96528 of 2017 for correction in the order dated 28.08.2017 has been filed by the petitioner stating therein that due to typographical error in para-6, the number "8/4" has been mentioned instead of "3/4".

4. The number '3/4' shall be read in place of '8/4' in the order dated 28.08.2017.

5. The order dated 28.08.2017 is corrected with red ink.
