From perusal of the office report dated 15.9.2017 it appears that in compliance of the order dated 28.7.2017 passed by this Court the report of concerned C.J.M. has been received, which is on record. It appears from the report that the accused-appellant has surrendered before the court concerned on 22.8..2017 and after furnishing bail bonds and sureties he has been released on bail ensuring that the appellant shall be present before the Hon'ble Court on the date fixed on 15.9.2017.

In compliance of this Court's order dated 28.7.2017 accused-appellant Putan Singh is present before this court today, who has been duly identified by his counsel Sri S.K.Singh. His personal appearance is dispensed with unless otherwise directed by this Court.
