Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to learned trial court to decide the proceeding of case crime  no. 1688 of 2017, Manisha Yadav Vs. Dinesh Yadav and others,  under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Bhelupur  District Varanasi within a definite  period pending in the court of learned  A.C.J.M. 3rd, Varanasi.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to learned trial court to decide the proceeding of case crime no. 1688 of 2017, Manisha Yadav Vs. Dinesh Yadav and others,  under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Bhelupur  District Varanasi, pending in the court of learned  A.C.J.M. 3rd, Varanasi in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment .
