This is the jail appeal against the life imprisonment awarded by the impugned judgement and order dated 3.8.2007 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, FTC-V, Lakhimpur Kheri in S.T.No.411 of 2002 arising out of case crime no.107 of 2001, under sections 302/34 and 201 IPC.

The appeal is reported to be beyond time by 9 years 11 months and 4 days. The Senior Supdt of Central Jail Bareilly and I.G..(Prison) shall show cause by the next date why there is such a long delay in forwarding the appeal to this Court and why action should not be taken against them in forwarding the jail appeal after such a long delay..

List alongwith Criminal Appeal No.2742 of 2007 on 12.10.2017.
