Heard Sri S.K.Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri U.C.Yadav, learned AGA for the State.

This is correction application of the order dated 23.8.2017 passed by this Court.

Correction application is allowed and the order is corrected as follows:

'In 2nd line of 6th paragraph of the order dt. 23.8.2017 section 398-A IPC is deleted and in its place section 498-A IPC is substituted and the same shall be read as such.
