Heard Sri Rajeev Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.

The petitioner has approached to this Court for quashing the order dated 05.10.2017 passed by the State Government by which the petitioner has been suspended on certain allegations.

After arguing at some length the learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to conclude the enquiry within the time frame. He informed that the charge sheet should have been provided along with the suspension order to the petitioner but the same has still not been served on him.

Learned Addl.Chief Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer of petitioner for fixing time frame for enquiry.

Considering the submission of parties, the opposite parties are directed to issue the charge-sheet within a period of 15 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order and thereafter the enquiry shall be completed within a period of three months in accordance with law.

The petitioner is directed to fully co-operate in the enquiry.

With the aforesaid directions the writ petition is disposed off.
