Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.
This is an application for short term bail of the applicant.
Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that wife of the applicant is suffering from severe veginal problem and the doctors advised for immediate operation. He further submits that applicant has to arrange money for the operation as no male member is in the family to lookafter her. It is submitted that the applicant is in jail since 15.6.2015. He, therefore, prays that applicant may be enlarged on short term bail for two months.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let applicant Ajay Singh be enlarged on short term bail for two months from the date of release in Case Crime No.0202 of 2015 under Sections 302, 307, 452, 323, 504, 506, 374 IPC and Section 3(2)(5) SC/ST Act of Police Station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
