This petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeks quashing of order dated 2.8.2008 whereby application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. was allowed and the petitioners were summoned as additional accused to stand trial in Sessions Trial No.342 of 2006 under Sections 147/304 I.P.C. in Case Crime No.146 of 2006.

2. Vide order dated September 12, 2008, the petition was disposed of.

Criminal Mis. Application No.96235 of 2008 under consideration has been filed for extension of time.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners states that let this application be dismissed as infructuous.
