According to the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amroha, accused respondent no.1 Iqbal Singh has expired 4 years ago while respondent no.2, Gaj Ram has expired on 3.2.2015. In this regard an inquiry was conducted as per the circular of this Court.

In view of the above, the government appeal against the accused respondents, namely, Iqbal Singh and Gaj Ram stood abated.

Consequently, the government appeal is dismissed.
