Mr. Anand Dubey Advocate filed Vakalatnama today on behalf of accused respondent nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 namely Bheem Singh, Ajay Kumar @ Nannhe, Jwala Prasad Singh, Tallukdar Singh and Janardan Singh respectively and the same is taken on record.

He informed that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the accused-respondent no. 1 Bheem Singh, accused respondent no. 2 Ajay Kumar @ Nannhe, accused respondent no. 3 Jwala Prasad Singh, accused respondent no. 4 Tallukdar Singh and respondent no. 5 Janardan Singh had already furnished bail-bonds and sureties before the C.J.M. concerned. He also informed that the above accused respondents are also present before the Court who were identified by him.

He further submitted the one of the accused respondent no. 5 namely Om Prakash Singh before service of notice had gone to Vaishno Devi, as such after returning he will furnish the bail bonds and sureties.

If the copy of the bail-bond and sureties furnished by the accused respondents have not been transmitted to this Court, the C.J.M. concerned shall transmit the same at the earliest to this Court to keep the same on record.

Since, the accused respondents no. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 are represented through counsel, they are not required to appear personally on the next date.

The accused respondent no. 5 Om Prakash will furnish bail bonds and sureties within ten days from today and thereafter the copies of the same shall be filed by the next date. He may appear personally or through his counsel on the next date.

List this matter on 07.11.2017 showing the name of Sri Anand Dubey as counsel for the accused respondents.
