Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellant no. 2 has died on 31.12.2008, the appellant no. 8 has died on 23.8.2009 and the appellant no. 1 has died on 15.8.2008.

The substitution applications with regard to deceased appellants have been filed within time.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection if the substitution applications are allowed.

Accordingly, the substitution applications are allowed and necessary amendment be incorporated within a period of ten days.

Abatement application is hereby dismissed.

List after two weeks.
