Sri Hari Ram Verma, holding brief of Sri D.C. Srivastava for the Insurance Company, may seek instructions, keeping in view, the fact that the other deceased in the same accident Pradeep Kumar Tiwari was represented by his heirs in the claim petition in the court below, who entered into a compromise with the Insurance Company, as such, it would be appropriate that the Insurance Company informs the Court about the amount that came to be settled between the parties in the said case.
