The Civil Misc. Application No. 365890 of 2017 has been filed to delete the names of respondent nos. 1 to 11, 13, 14 and 18 from the array of the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that respondent nos. 1 to 11, 13, 14 and 18 have transferred their share in favour of respondent nos. 15 to 17 of the disputed property and the respondent no. 18 has died and her legal representatives are on record.
Learned counsel for the respondents also states that he has no objection if the aforesaid application is allowed.
Accordingly, the application is allowed.
Necessary amendment be carried out within ten days.
