In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 26.10.2017 appellant-accused Lal Badan Singh and Ravindra Singh are present in the Court.

The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barabanki has also forwarded his compliance report of the aforesaid order. The appellants-accused have been released  on furnishing personal bonds of Rs. 20,000/- each and were directed to appear before this Court today.

Mr. Raghvendra Singh, learned counsel has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the appellants. The Vakalatnama is taken on record. .
