This is an application for recall of the order dated 02.05.2017 and for restoration of the writ petition.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 

Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the affidavit filed in support of recall application. Cause shown in the affidavit is found satisfactory. 

On due consideration, application is allowed.

The order dated 02.05.2017 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has voluntarily offered to pay Rs.200/- as costs before the Registry of this Court. On receipt of the cost, the same shall be transmitted to the Oudh Bar Association for purchase of books only and the receipt thereof shall be made available to the Senior Registrar of this Court by the Association.
