Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions received by him by which the District Inspector Schools, Jaunpur has informed that the approval to the appointment was granted vide order dated 02.01.1998 by the Deputy Director (Madhyamik), Mirzapur Division, Mirzapur. However, the information furnished, does not furnish reply to the query of the Court, as contained in the order dated 26.04.2017 wherein the State was required to apprise the Court of the outcome of the enquiry that had been instituted for ascertaining whether the order of approval by Sangam Lal Pandey, the then District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur was in fact passed by him or not.

Learned Standing Counsel seeks further time for obtaining instructions in this regard, which is allowed.
