1. By way of this application the appellant requests to enlarge him on bail as he has been convicted for commission of offence under Sections 498A and 304B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. Time and again listing applications are made for listing the main matter. However, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for appellant requests for hearing the matter for bail.
3. Having considered the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to exercise the jurisdiction vested in this Court for enlarging the accused on bail. The reason being the offence is such whereby this Court feels proper not to exercise the jurisdiction of enlarging him on bail looking to the gravamen of allegation.
4. Learned counsel for appellant was given option to conduct the main matter but he has declined to do so even on 7.4.2017 this bail application is dismissed.
5. Dismissed.
