1. While dictating the judgment certain factual aspect on the record requires clarification by the counsels, hence list this appeal on 6th June, 2017 before the undersigned.

2. The accused namely; Shyamu son of Sri Babu Lal is in jail for more than five years and he is ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount. He shall appear or kept present by Jail Authorities before this Court on 6th June, 2017, if not released on bail by that date.
