1. Since C.M.Application No. 49667 of 2017 moved for recall or order dated 11.04.2017 has been allowed, the writ petition is restored to its original number.

2. This matter is of 2010 year but till date no counter affidavit has been filed. Learned counsel for opposite parties is directed to file counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within next two weeks.

3. Now Sri Abhinav Trivedi, Advocate is appearing for the opposite parties, Office is directed to print the name of Sri Abhinav Trivedi as counsel for the opposite parties after deleting name of Sri P.N.Gupta, Advocate as counsel of opposite parties.

4. List this case in the month of August, 2017.
