3. I find that in the order dated 15.5.2017, cause title has wrongly been typed which is as under :-

"Case :- U/S 482/378/407 No. - 374 of 2016

Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. And Anr.

4. Having verified from the record, I find that error is sheer typographical and the above title should be deleted and be substituted by following title which is as under : -

"Case :- CRIMINAL APPEAL No. - 374 of 2016

Respondent :- State Of U.P.

Counsel for Appellant :- Ramesh Kumar Srivastava

Counsel for Respondent :- Govt. Advocate".
