The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Karchhana, District Allahabad to decide the amendment application dated 3.4.2017 filed in Suit No. 83/237 of 2012-13 (Jaiprakash and another vs. Surya Prakash and others) under Section 176 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act expeditiously within certain stipulated time.

Without entering into the controversy raised by the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Karchhana, District Allahabad to decide the amendment application dated 3.4.2017 filed in Suit No. 83/237 of 2012-13 (Jaiprakash and another vs. Surya Prakash and others) under Section 176 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties preferably within a period three months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
